-Print out the form or edit with Acrobat and E-MAIL IT TO US:

OR
Print out the form, complete it and DROP IT INTO YOUR NEAREST SHOP.
We will call you to confirm the order and take payment over the phone.

Your order can be collected from any of our three shops.

On Sat 23rd Dec, if you wish to collect from our Frodsham shop, you can opt to collect from the back of the bakery or the shop, just let us know which you would prefer.

Orders for Sat 23rd Dec need to be placed by Tuesday 19th December
Orders for any other days need to be placed 2 (working) days before collection.
